Uniform
Our policy on school uniform has been created with value for money, health and safety and practicality at its heart. It is important that our children feel a sense of belonging and community through a smart and practical uniform. We believe a uniform allows all children, regardless of background, to feel equal to their peers and confident in their appearance. We also believe that setting high standards of dress helps to reinforce the high academic and social expectations we have of our children.
Our school colours are:
- Red sweatshirts
- Grey/black trousers and skirts
- Grey/black tights or leggings
- White polo shirts or shirts
Uniforms are as follows:
- Red sweatshirt or cardigan
- White polo shirt/shirt
- School book bag with school logo
- Grey/black trousers (Nursery only may wear jogging bottoms) or
- Grey/black skirt or
- Red gingham dress
- Grey/black tights or leggings
- Black shoes or black trainers (Year 6 must wear shoes)
- Optional: Plain, fitted black headscarf
PE kits are as follows:
- White/red T-shirt
- Black/blue shorts
- Gym bag
- Suitable trainers (Not studded football boots)
- In winter children will also need black/grey joggers and sweatshirts
PE kits should be kept at school all week and be fully named. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child brings their PE kit to school when needed.
